The activities were fantastic and everyone should try them. The food at the restaurant above the sea was fantastic, especially the fish, which had a unique flavor that you won't find anywhere else. you should try it

Because the prices to travel to the island are high, the international flight was less expensive than the sea plane that was offered; this was unexpected and did not occur to me as it was my first time in the maldives.

The snorkelling and excellent service and meals and the bio-harmonious aspect of the resort.

Free water around the island, and a walk into the water jetty for older people would have been nice.

No free water and the access points to the snorkelling were not always easy due to the sinking sand. A wooden jetty with steps on one or two spots would have been nice.

The whole island is amazing, food excellent, we appreciated local fresh food. Trips very well organized. The view from the water villa was amazing. We enjoyed our stay better than I expected.

I loved the peaceful and relaxing nature. Rooms were beautiful and staff were helpful.

The spa treatments, in particular the mani pedi was not great. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for this.

We loved everything about out stay! All staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. We took the All Inclusive option and it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the themed nights. We definitely recommend the dolphin and sand bank safari. We saw the most amazing marine life at RFR and enjoyed it so much! We also recommend the Huvandhu Garden restaurant. We definitely recommend this resort and will be bringing our family members in the nearby future.

Lovely resort. Rooms are very clean. Water villas are spacious. Delicious food served in main restaurant. Good variety of food each meal. Excellent service, staff very friendly and attentive.On resort dive operations. Diving team is great.

I don’t like the way they schedule our transportation for both arrival and departure. First I book the domestic transportation (336$ per person) because it is less than the seaplane! The resorts asked me to provide the arrival and departure details to provide us with the transportation. when we arrived (9:30 Am) we were shocked that they schedule our internal flight at 12 Pm!!! and when I checked the board they were another flight available earlier than this but NO! They just keep us waiting there! and when it come the boat it took more than 1:30 hours but they mentioned its only (45mins)! I think the resort did all that in purpose just to make sure that we arrived at 2pm (which is the check in time). Facing all that I spoke with, ALI (the guy who welcome us) and I told him if it there is any other option we can take to make the departure much easier than the arrival. He (ALI) immediately ask me to pay extra money and took the seaplane (107$ Per person) so I agree with him and book the seaplane. OUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT IS 12PM !!!! they make us do the check out by 6:15AM!!!! WHY? because there is no flight until 4:30 pm. why did no one in the receptions bother to inform us with this. I found this out when I WENT BY MYSELFT to ask about the flight and they said we can’t do anything about it. moreover, after we are already in the reception the time past and it is 7:20! then again no one bother to come and talk with us so I went and I ask what time we suppose to leave you mentioned that the seaplane will departure by 7:15 and now it is 7:20 then the lady said oh the plane is delay!!!!!! I REALLY HATE HOW THEY TREAT US!! SO UNPROFITIONAL AND THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY!!!

Breakfast was decent, location was beautiful, everywhere you turn looks like the front of a postcard, it's definitely worth it if you can afford it and if you can hack a long flight or two. I'd also spring for all-inclusive if I was you

There were none waiting for me at the airport, i have had to find my way to the resort by myself asking random people. When i finally arrived at resort, i had to wait for about 2 hours before my Water Villa were ready, despite they had my flight numbers and knew what time i would arrive. Also the personnel didn't even apologise for the inconvenience caused and in cases were rude. WiFi didn't work properly in the patio of the villa. Very noisy and non efficient airconditioning unit in the villa. I booked the all-inclusive package but that didn't include the transfers and the taxes as initially stated which i asked to pay on my arrival, also only one of the restaurants were icluded and the quality and selection of the food was poor. When i checked-out, they informed the sea plane had 1 hour delay and i had to wait in a non airconditioned area, as there none. When the sea-plane arrived, had to be refueled but resort's pumb was inoperative, that added another 30' delay until they fix it. Poor selection of drinks (all inclusive ones) at the bar. Snorkelling equipment didn't included. I am travelling often to Maldives and so far i stayed in various resorts, unfortunatelly that one was bellow my expecations and the amount of money i paid.

The food overall though varied was trying to hard to be 'international' and therefore not always getting it right. The fine dining experiences (restaurant and grill) proved disappointing and quite expensive for the food quality produced.

Wonderfull place with wonderfull beaches and great personal approach. We have travelled there in a group of 8 people (3 children between 6 - 9 years, 4 adults, 1 senior lady) at the beginning of March 2019. Although we had reserved 3 beach villas, we received an upgrade to 3 water villas for no extra charge! As we had all inclusive package, we had all main courses and wide variability of drinks included. Water and various drinks were available at all bars during whole day for free (except special brand drinks or coctails). Food was perfect! as admirer of indian and thai food I was really satisfied, but there was also a variety of "european food" as pasta, fish and chips, pork, beef and chicken prepared in different ways every day. Of course there was also plenty of vegeterian food, different types of vegetables and fruits. Resort is only 1,5years old and everything there works smoothly :-) communication through Booking.com, reservation of seaplane flights, taking care of us and our luggage from Male airport to Reethi Faru, whole process of arrival and departure is managed for you and you can enjoy Maldives from second you passed passport control on Male :-) Island is really green, there is bush everywhere, various of palms, trees and flowers. Sea around is full of life, on some spots of island is reef really near the beach so it is great place for snorchelling. also on the beach there are some places full of corals and a lot of fish. In the morning and at the evenings there are few baby sharks (blacktip reef sharks) in the water really close to beach, but they do their own business, not carrying much about turists :-) there is also a lot of places along the island suitable for kids to play in the water - sandy shallow with no corals, mostly without waves and without sting rays hidden in the sand (as we had last year at some parts of the beach on Meeru Island Resort). Overall we had our lifetime vacation which enjoyed kids as well as adults!

Food was overall great. Both breakfast and dinner. Could offer bigger variety of fish. The changes with thematic dinners was always refreshing. Restaurant always clean and staff providing excellent service. The island was very nice, with the sand paths accross the island and reef around. You could see already the sea life on home reef, despite the corals are partly dead and recovering. Available sport facilities so you could enjoy not only watersports.

Not enough space by pool. During two weeks we found no possibility to find a free lounge. Trips outside island are bit ovepriced, but we have to consider we were bit unlucky for weather conditions and we could not observe much from sea life. Small incident with staff at pool bar, when we arrived there for first time, when they tried to charge two days old bill ,which did not belong to us. It showed bit mess in organization.

We have had a nice journey with your team . We would like to thank you for your hospitality and kindness especially Fatiha . Everything was perfect , the room , the view and of course the healthy tasty food ! We’ve had a blast .

great breakfast, lots of variety. (try the Maldivian curries). the overwater villa was exceptional. we also tried the garden villa and beach villa. the overwater villas are made better with more polished finishes and better bathrooms and toiletries but all acomodation is good. The snorkelling is exceptional. (the best we have ever experienced) with turtles, rays, sharks, moray eels and thousands of colourful fish. The beaches are fabulous. its a barefoot island, happy hours are good between 5:00-7:00pm daily, 20% off all drinks at all bars. food is good. and yes, the water is that beautiful shade of blue and the sand is white and it really is truely beautiful .

We stayed a total of 7 nights in varied accomodation. We stayed in garden villa, beach villa and overwater villa. All were excellent with the overwater villa being the most luxurious of course. We were blown away with the beautiful blue water and the snorkelling was the best we had ever done anywhere in the world. We swam with turtles, Spotted eagle rays, bat black tip sharks, Moray eels, nemo and numerous coloured fish of amazing variety and quantity. All on the house reef. We found the staff very friendly and the food delicious. We enjoyed the daily Happy Hours between 5:00-7:00pm which was 20% off all drinks. We did not do all inclusive and were happy with that, we could not have eaten and drunk enough to justify all inclusive. The whole resort is new and so pretty throughout. The resort was on the quiet side being off season. The weather was sunny and glorious for 6 days out of 8. We did return sea plane transfer which is the way to go. We loved every minute of our stay. Wished we had stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to the sun, sea and sand, but above all - thanks to the great kind-hearted people that surrounded us and helped us in every way possible. We would like to thank all the good smiling people personally and ask the management to encourage them and bonus them if possible. They are Reethi Faru's greates asset.
